EOH to stage 'Patience'

The Earlville Opera House, at 18 E. Main St. in Earlville, will host three performances of Gilbert and Sullivan's "Patience": At 8 p.m. today and Saturday, as well as at 3 p.m. Sunday.

The two-act comedic opera takes place in an English town and focuses on a love triangle between two rival poets Archibald Grosvenor, (played by David Kolb), Reginald Bunthorne (Brian Collett) and ingenue Patience (Jenni Larcher).

Other lead characters will be played by Steve Scheinman, Ted Fondak, Rusty Ritzel, Ian Rosenstein, Katrina Schell, Hannah Rosenstein, Lina Velardi and Helen Tracy. The show is directed by Rob Kolb.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $13 for EOH members and $10 for students.
