---- — Orpheus Theatre will present “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,” to the Foothills Performing Arts & Civic Center in Oneonta at 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
All performances will be dedicated to the Rev. Ken Baldwin and his wife, Nancy, as they prepare to leave Oneonta. Baldwin was a long-time member of the Orpheus Theatre Board of Directors as well as later serving on the board of Foothills.
“You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,” directed and choreographed by Sarah Lynn Serafin, stars Cameron Hazard as Charlie Brown, Megan Benjamin as Lucy, Amanda Blake as Sally, Benjamin Burke as Snoopy, Keara Hazard as Woodstock, Shane Heidecker as Schroeder, and Sean Sansevere as Linus; with accompaniment by John Colonna.
The majority of the cast is made up of Oneonta and Cooperstown natives who have participated in Orpheus workshops and productions and have gone on to study music and theater in college and are home for the summer.
Tickets are available by calling the Orpheus Theatre Box Office at 432-9392 or at the door one hour before showtimes. Tickets are $15 general admission, $10 for students or children. Seating is limited and advanced reservations are suggested.
