---- — Tickets are on sale now for the 2013 Catskill Chill Music Festival, which recently announced the lineup for this year’s event.
Sixty acts will perform live on five stages during the Sept. 6-8 camping festival at Camp Minglewood in Hancock.
Featured artists include The Meter Men featuring Zigaboo Modeliste, Leo Nocentelli and George Porter Jr. with special guest Page McConnell; Lotus; Galactic; Conspirator; Lettuce; Papadosio; Tea Leaf Green; The Motet - Funk is Dead; Particle, Dopapod; Kung Fu; and Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds.
According to the media release, a limited number of “early bird” tickets are available online at catskillchill.com, at $135 each. The concert capacity remains limited, “to preserve the intimate feel and family vibe of the Chill,” the release said.
Additions to this year’s Chill include a bigger Acoustic Junction stage, a campsite DJ stage, and an extended schedule at the Club Chill. The festival still features free parking, free camping, on-site cabin rentals, three covered main stages and two outdoor stages. The festival will also feature yoga, drum circles, live art, on-stage open mic sessions and a communal bonfire each night.
