Boston-based Eilen Jewell and her Americana band will make make their way to the historic Earlville Opera House main stage at 8 p.m. Saturday.
Best known as an alt-country artist, Jewell channels a presence between the sultry soul of jazz siren Billie Holiday and the “sneering edge of danger” of a “pistol packing mama,” organizers said in a media release. Her latest album is “Queen of the Minor Key.”
General admission is $18 and $16 for EOH members; students are discounted to $13. Premium seating in the first four rows is an added $5. The EOH Theater is wheelchair-accessible with a ramp and a lift. The three EOH Art Galleries will be open, as will the Artisan’s Gift Shop and the EOH Arts Café.
For more information, or to reserve seats, call (315) 691-3550 or order online at www.earlvilleoperahouse.com. The Opera House is at 18 E. Main St. in Earlville.
