Kelton weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 20 inches long. He was born at 12:01 a.m., making him the first Leap Year baby of the year at Bassett. Strong Nicole and Joel Strong of Westford announce the birth of a daughter, Jolene Marie Strong, born Feb. 27 at M.I. Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown. Jolene weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Jolene was welcomed home by her brothers, Jeffrey, Connor and Trevor. Paternal grandfather is Art Strong of Westford. Paternal grandmother is Ruth Strong of Maryland. Maternal grandmother is Penny Southworth of Worcester. Great-grandparents are the Benjamins of Burlington Flats. Innes Jamie and Travis Innes of Wells Bridge announce the birth of a son, Jarrett John Innes, born Feb. 18 at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta. Jarrett weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 22 inches long. Jarrett is the younger brother of Tyler.
