BIRTHS

Holcomb

Born to Tiffany Pickett and Bruce Holcomb of Oneonta, a daughter, Harmony Elizabeth Holcomb. She was born Dec. 22 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

Harmony weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 18 inches long.

Rickard

Born to James and Katherine Rickard of Worcester, a daughter, Aleya Kasia Rickard. She was born at 5:12 p.m. Jan. 25, at the Bellevue Woman’s Center in Niskayuna.

Aleya weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Aleya joins her sister, Ava Elizabeth Rickard, at home.

Maternal grandparents are Elizabeth Dylong of Broadalbin, and the late Frank Dylong Sr. of Broadalbin. Paternal grandparents are the late James C. Rickard Jr. and Doris Rickard of Ravena.

Burlew

Born to Gary and Olivia Burlew of Oneonta, twin boys, on Feb. 19.

Gavin Lloyd Burlew was born at 12:26 a.m., weighing 5 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 18 inches long. Aiden Joseph Burlew was born at 12:29 a.m., weighing 5 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 17.3 inches long.

The boys were born at Albany Medical Center at 33 weeks five days. Both are home and doing well after a 19 day stay at AMC’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unite.

Aiden and Gavin join big brother, Mason Donald Burlew.

Grandparents are Deborah and Gary Burlew Sr. of Horseheads, Donald and Joyce Farmer of Madison Heights, Va., and April (Farmer) and William Hall of Oneonta. Great-grandparents are Margaret Bush of Elmira, Lloyd Farmer Jr. of King George, Va., Betha Proffitt of Ashland, Va, and Jean Proffitt of Fredericksburg, Va.

A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital

The following recent births were announced at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.

March 1: Born to Amy Burdick and Billy Vitarius Jr. of Bloomville, a daughter, 7 pounds, 15 ounces.

March 8: Born to Dottie MacIntyre and Erik Kolvik of Morris, a daughter, 5 pounds, 6.6 ounces; born to Sharon McCall and Joshua Spain of Unadilla, a son, 9 pounds, 13.9 ounces.
