The case against Novick has been adjourned until Jan. 14 for contemplation of dismissal, according to Oneonta City Court.
John C. Cooper, 33, Oneonta, July 10, endangering the welfare of a child.
Amanda M. Buzie, 36, Oneonta, July 10, failure to appear.
