Erway said Loucks was the 2013 District 19 victor, whose winning photograph, “Hay Bales on the Hilltop” was displayed in Washington for the year.
“An Artistic Discovery” will run through March 28, Erway said, and can be found at the Cooperstown Art Association at 22 Main St. in the Village Building on the corner of Main and Fair streets.
“The community has enjoyed the exhibit,” Erway said. “The older patrons, too. Student artwork just has a freshness to it.”
The gallery is open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and Wednesdays through Saturdays and on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
