REALTOR ADDS AGENTS
Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties has added new agents at its Stamford and Margaretville offices.
A former native of South Carolina, Evelyn Kuhn moved to Stamford in the 1990’s. After taking a hiatus from the real estate industry to be a stay-at-home mom, she has returned to work at the Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties Stamford office.
Said Kuhn, in a release to the media, “Being part of the Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties team gives me a global network of resources and, with our local market expertise and my personal experience, I can make transition to Catskill mountain life, whether full or part-time, easy.
Nicole Haroldson, a lifelong resident of the Catskills, is now working out of the company’s Margaretville office.
Speaking about her expertise in a release to the media Haroldson said, “I know the Catskills in and out. If you are looking for a luxury log home on 20 private acres, a small cabin retreat, or even a grand village Victorian, I know the home that people want.”
Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties has offices in Margaretville, Stamford, Delhi and Boiceville.
