NBT Financial Group revamps management
NBT Financial Group has added three new people to its management team, two of whom are residents of Norwich.
NBT Financial Group is a division of NBT Bank, and provides trust, investment, insurance and retirement services.
As part of this move, Douglas J. Coggins was promoted to retirement plan services manager and Brian A. Voss to director of business development. Both are residents of Norwich.
The move also brought in Kenneth J. Entenmann as NBT Financial group’s chief investment officer. He joined NBT Financial Group after NBT Bank acquired Alliance Bank, and has 28 years of experience in investment management.
Coggins has 21 years in the financial services industry, and joined NBT in 2001. As retirement plan services manager he will be charged with administering retirement plan services and products offered to businesses and nonprofits. A member of the Holy Family School Board, he is also a soccer coach for the Norwich Family YMCA.
As director of business development Voss will oversee bankwide business development for wealth management services. He has been with NBT since 2003, and was a financial planner for Elywn G. Voss & Associates before joining the bank. He is a trustee of the Chenango Memorial Hospital Foundation and a board member of Norwich Dollars for Scholars.
