Senior Menus: Jan. 13-17



Monday: Baked fish Florentine, tartar sauce, Harvest vegetable rice, sweet and sour cabbage, chocolate pudding with topping and multi-grain bread.

Tuesday: Chicken a la king over egg noodles, Oregon blend, side of cranberry sauce, whole wheat bread and birthday cake.

Wednesday: Roast beef and gravy, mashed potatoes, parsley baby carrots, strawberry applesauce and birthday cake.

Thursday: Vegetable lasagna, stewed tomatoes, garden salad, pineapple upside-down cake with topping and garlic bread.

Friday: Sausage riggies with sauce and Parmesan cheese, garden salad, green and wax beans, ice cream with toppings and garlic bread.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Monday: Chicken and broccoli Alfedo, sliced carrots, cran-apple juice, whole wheat bread and vanilla pudding.

Tuesday: Spanish rice, steamed broccoli, cottage cheese and peaches, whole wheat bread and ice cream.

Wednesday: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, whole wheat bread and diced pears.

Thursday: Homestyle meatloaf, oven fried potatoes, Brussels sprouts, marinated carrot salad, whole wheat bread and iced yellow cake.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, three-bean salad, whole wheat bread, molasses cookies.
