Senior Menus: May 27 to 31



Monday: Closed for Memorial Day.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, peas, Italian bread and chocolate chip cookie.

Wednesday: Chicken ala king, buttered noodles, island blend vegetables, rye bread (seedless) and brownie with topping.

Thursday: Breaded fish sandwich with tartar sauce, tater tots, spring blend vegetables, cabbage salad and applesauce.

Friday: Cheese lasagna rollup, broccoli florets, carrot coins, multi-grain bread and fresh fruit.


Coventry: Windy Hill Senior Center, Coventry Town Hall, state Route 235, Tuesday and Thursday, 656-8602.

Greene: Brightman Senior Center, Birdsall Street, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 656-4789.

McDonough: Genegantslet Activity Center, Methodist Church, two Thursdays per month, 647-5666.

New Berlin: Unadilla Valley Senior Activity Center, Terrace Heights Center, Tuesday and Thursday, 847-8053.

Norwich: Westside Park Senior Center, First Baptist Church, West Park Place, weekdays, 334-2910.

Sherburne: The Welcome Center, Grace Manor Center, Knapp Street, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 674-4600.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday:Hamburger stroganoff, egg noodles, steamed broccoli, creamy cucumber salad, whole wheat bread and diced pears.

Thursday: Turkey salad, potato salad, cottage cheese on cranberry sauce, pineapple-orange juice, dinner roll and fresh watermelon.

Friday: Pasta Neptune, green and wax beans, tossed salad, garlic bread and ice cream.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Monday reservations must be made by Friday.
