CHENANGO COUNTY

Menus

Monday: Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, garden salad, sweet peas and oatmeal raisin cookie.

Tuesday: Beef stew, broccoli, tossed salad, biscuit and peanut butter cookie.

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken leg, potato salad, spring vegetable blend, oatmeal bread and lemon delight.

Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich with gravy, cranberry sauce, butternut squash, garden salad and apple cobbler. Evening meal in McDonough.

Friday: Eggplant rollata with side of linguini and sauce, spinach, Italian bread and pineapple upside down cake with topping.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Monday: Spanish baked steak, oven browned potatoes, peas and carrots, whole wheat bread, apple juice, pineapple tidbits and oatmeal raisin cookie.

Tuesday: Spaghetti and sauce, meatballs, Italian style green beans, tossed salad, garlic bread and ice cream with topping.

Wednesday: Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cran-orange juice, whole wheat bread and fruited jello.

Thursday: Cranberry glazed chicken, parslied boiled potatoes, steamed broccoli, three bean salad, whole wheat bread and apple crisp.

Friday: Potato encrusted pollock, baked potato, Harvard beets, honey bee ambrosia, dinner roll and vanilla pudding.

Wednesday: Chicken and biscuits, baked potatoes, Brussels sprouts and strawberry ice cream.

Thursday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage and cookie.

Friday: Tossed salad, vegetable lasagna, green beans and warm fruit crisp.

Tuesday: Goulash with extra sauce, Parmesan cheese, cauliflower, roll chocolate pudding, reduced sugar pudding, orange juice.

Wednesday: Roasted low-sodium turkey with gravy, roasted white and sweet potatoes, broccoli, wheat bread, ice cream sundae, reduced sugar vanilla ice cream, cranberry juice.

Thursday: Low-sodium ham with fruit sauce, au gratin potatoes, cabbage and carrots, multi-grain bread, pineapple chunks.

Friday: Baked stuffed fish with herb cream sauce, Brussels sprouts, creamy coleslaw, wheat bread, warm apple crisp.
