Monday: Sweet sausage with peppers and onions, penne pasta with mushrooms and broccoli in garlic Parmesan cream sauce and pineapple chunks.

Tuesday: Mexican fish, scalloped potatoes, green beans and vanilla pudding with mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: Kielbasa with sauerkraut on a hamburger bun, German potato salad, carrots and chocolate cake with frosting.

Thursday: Sliced ham with raisin sauce, fresh sweet potato, peas and butterscotch pudding.

Friday: Turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, squash, cranberry relish and cinnamon strudel cake.

Wednesday: Pot roast with gravy, roasted red potaoes, whole kernel corn, wheat bread and mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Ham with mustard sauce, boiled potatoes with parsley, boiled cabbage and carrots, biscuit and pineapple.

Friday: Creamy coleslaw, mild curried chicken stew with celery, onion, carrots and roasted potatoes, biscuit and peaches.
