Senior Menus: April 7 to April 11

The following are senior-meals menus for the week of April 7 to 11.

CHENANGO COUNTYMenus

Monday: Creamed chipped beef, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, rye bread and applesauce.

Tuesday: Shepherd’s pie, pickled beets, veggie blend, dinner roll and birthday cake.

Wednesday: Sloppy Joe on a bun, coleslaw and birthday cake.

Thursday: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, oven roasted potatoes, parsley baby carrots, multi-grain bread, cottage cheese and mandarin oranges.

Friday: Vegetable lasagna, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad, garlic bread and peanut butter cookie.

Sherburne: The Welcome Center, Grace Manor Center, Knapp Street, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 674-4600.

South Otselic: Plum Valley Forever Young Center, Methodist Church, Church Hill Road, two Fridays per month, (315) 653-4411.

DELAWARE COUNTY

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Menus

Monday: Tangy baked chicken, scalloped potatoes, winter blend vegetables, cranberry sauce, whole wheat bread and lemon pudding.

Tuesday: Meatloaf with gravy, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, whole wheat bread and fruited Jell-O.

Wednesday: Orange pork, steamed rice, green beans, golden glow salad, whole wheat bread and iced yellow cake.

Thursday: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, rosey apple relish, whole wheat bread and diced pears.

Friday: Tuna noodle casserole, broccoli florettes, coleslaw, whole wheat bread and caramel ice cream sundae.
