Grange to host events at Otsego fair
The Grange Building at the Otsego County Fair in Morris will be the site of several events throughout the fair from Tuesday, July 29, through Sunday, Aug. 3.
Butternut Valley Grange plans meeting, events
The next meeting of the Butternut Valley Grange in Gilbertsville will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Grange Hall. During the business meeting, the obligation ceremony will be performed on seven candidates who will join the Grange and also presentation of the 2014-15 Grange budget as proposed by the Executive Committee. The program for the evening will be given by Barton Snedaker.
Farmers' Museum to offer Story Time
An active family story hour for children in preschool through first grade will be offered Tuesdays at The Farmers' Museum. Story Time will begin June 24.
Museum announces lecture series topics
Art from as close to home as the Adirondacks, and as far away as Japan, will be on display during the Fenimore Art Museum's Food for Thought lunch and lecture series. The schedule is as follows:
