Senior Menus: Sept. 4 to 7


Monday: No meals served.

Tuesday: Liver or baked chicken with onion gravy, mashed potato, steamed spinach, apple sauce.

Wednesday: Tossed salad, baked zit with sauce, meatballs, cauliflower, strawberry ice cream.

Thursday: Hamburger deluxe with lettuce, tomato and onions on a bun, au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, lemon pudding.

Friday: Roasted turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, mashed squash, cranberry muffin, fruit cup.

Thursday: Turkey Bolognese, Italian blend vegetables, marinated carrot salad, whole wheat bread, brownie.

Friday: Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed peas, pineapple orange juice, whole wheat bread.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dining centers are:

Thursday: Ham and Swiss quiche, au gratin potatoes, steamed spinach, fruited muffin, fresh grapes, melon and strawberries.

Friday: Tossed salad with dressing, meat lasagna, Parmesan cheese, garlic green beans, warm garlic roll, lemon pudding with topping, diet pudding with topping.
