---- — Oneonta is home to two Navigators for the New York State Health Plan Marketplace. If you would like individual help in signing up for a health care plan, please call 432-4500, extension 205. Appointments take about 1.5 hours and a Navigator will help you through the process but will not make decisions for you.
The library is launching a Pinterest page! Pinterest is an Internet bulletin board where people worldwide can share everything from favorite recipes to inspiring quotes in one convenient place. The site was started in 2011 and now has more than 70 million people subscribed. The best part is that signing up for Pinterest is free and it can be downloaded as an app to any device. The library’s profile will have multiple boards including:
• New Ebook and Audiobook Downloads with the link to the Download Zone website for easy access
• Monthly themes
• Literary Tattoos
• Adult Non-Fiction
• Young Adult Fiction
• Local History
We hope to increase the communication between the library and the community with this social media tool. Our followers can send comments, questions or suggestions. It’s easy and it’s fun! If you are already a member on Pinterest, visit the library’s page at www.pinterest.com/hmloneonta. In honor of the unofficial holiday, we’ve created a board for Spooky Reads. Have fun!
