Senior Menus: May 12 to 16

The following are senior-meals menus for the week of May 12 to 16    

CHENANGO COUNTY

Menus

Monday: Fish Florentine with tartar sauce, coleslaw, veggie blend, oatmeal bread and butterscotch pudding. 

Tuesday: Goulash, sweet peas, gold glow salad, Italian bread and birthday cake.

Wednesday: Barbecued pork on a bun, macaroni salad, veggie blend, applesauce and birthday cake.

Thursday: Spaghetti and meatballs with sauce, green beans, tossed salad, dinner roll and blueberry pie with topping.

Friday: Roast beef with gravy, red skinned mashed potatoes, spinach, dinner roll and pineapple upside down cake.

Evening menu:

Thursday, May 15: McDonough only: Roast beef with gravy, red skinned mashed potatoes, spinach, dinner roll and pineapple upside down cake.

Thursday, May 15: Norwich only: Spaghetti and meatballs with sauce, green beans, tossed salad, dinner roll and blueberry pie with topping.

Friday, May 16: South Otselic only: Roast beef with gravy, red skinned mashed potatoes, spinach, dinner roll and pineapple upside down cake.

McDonough: Genegantslet Activity Center, Methodist Church, two Thursdays per month, 647-5666.

New Berlin: Unadilla Valley Senior Activity Center, First United Methodist Church, 51 South Main Street, Tuesday and Thursday, 847-6350.

Norwich: Westside Park Senior Center, First Baptist Church, West Park Place, weekdays, 334-2910.

Sherburne: The Welcome Center, Grace Manor Center, Knapp Street, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 674-4600.

South Otselic: Plum Valley Forever Young Center, Methodist Church, Church Hill Road, two Fridays per month, (315) 653-4411.

DELAWARE COUNTY

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are weekdays 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Menus

Monday: Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, grape juice, whole wheat bread and pineapple upside down cake.

Tuesday: Ham with raisin sauce, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, pineapple juice, dinner roll and mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: Caribbean pork rib, sweet potatoes, parslied cauliflower, three-bean salad, whole wheat bread and vanilla pudding.
