Senior Menus: Jan. 20 to 24



Monday: Baked rosemary chicken leg/thigh, oven roasted potatoes, capri blend vegetables, pineapple tidbits and oatmeal bread.

Tuesday: Stuffed pepper with sauce, green beans, mixed fruit and Italian bread.

Wednesday: Beef stew over biscuit, hot diced beets and apricots/cottage cheese.

Thursday: Baked pork chop with Monterey sauce, oven roasted potatoes, Brussels’ sprouts, cherry pie and Italian bread. Evening meal in McDonough.

Friday: Roast pork with gravy, candied yams, spinach, cupcake with frosting and dinner roll. Evening meal in South Otselic.

Tuesday: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, winter blend vegetables, quick fruit salad, whole wheat bread and hot apple crisp.

Wednesday: Ham with Louisiana sauce, scalloped potatoes, Butternut squash, cranberry apple juice, whole wheat bread and iced chocolate cake.

Thursday: Chicken and biscuit, mashed potatoes, steamed peas, rosey apple relish and lemon pudding.

Friday: Potato encrusted pollock, roasted potatoes, Harvard beets, orange pineapple juice, whole wheat bread and cinnamon coffee cake.
