Silver must be too powerful to oust

Sheldon Silver, leader of the New York State Assembly, is a big man, lots of power. I am just a simple man and maybe someone can help me understand.

He is a lawyer protecting his kind. Has the sole power to say what is good for the state and what is not. He is owned by the unions; has the power to protect his people even if they abuse the women who work for them; spends state taxpayer money to buy off said women and cover up God only knows what else.

The governor is afraid of him. I guess everyone else in state government is afraid of him. Even the women in office. Is it because he is a Democrat?

I have missed the outrage in the local papers. But what I really have missed is the outrage from women. As long as you believe in women’s rights or say you do, I guess you can do whatever you want if you have power or are a Democrat.

Silver should be gone. He should have been gone long ago. New York state is a wasteland and he is one of the main reasons. So maybe a Democrat or a women will help me out and write in and explain how it is that Silver is still the biggest part of the rot in this state and not enough people care.
