Vote out Bond, Snyder in Richfield

--
The Daily Star

---- — I am writing this letter to express my disappointment in regard to the Richfield Town Board meetings and the unprofessional behavior of councilwomen Laurie Bond and Maggie Snyder.

They have again voted “no” to a moratorium on heavy industrial land use. For almost two years, residents have begged and pleaded for a moratorium. They had two public hearings and have heard that all surrounding communities have instituted moratoriums or bans to this type of activity. This only leaves Richfield weak for industries, who can prey on our weak or non-existing laws.

They have to listen to residents who want a voice and who care what happens in our town and are being shut out of the process by Ms. Bond and Ms. Snyder, for whatever personal reason they wish not to share with the public.

Laurie Bond is up for re-election and has not earned the support or trust for another term.
