Some of the information and quotes in the article “Get Up, Get Out, Get Fit,” that ran on Page C1 of the March 8 and 9 edition of The Daily Star were not clear or taken out of context. Stacy Mitchell, personal trainer and owner of Body by Stacy, explained her thoughts on fitness and nutrition more broadly. Regarding nutrition, Mitchell said, “Most everyone knows what’s right and wrong, but they ignore it because they are missing the ‘why’s,” and on workouts, she said, “You should always switch up your workout, because your body is amazing and adapts quickly, often bringing you to a ‘plateau.’
