February 22, 2008 04:00 am COOPERSTOWN _ In Otsego County Court on Feb. 15 before Judge Brian Burns, Andrew R. Feld, 44, of Oneonta, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree criminal sexual act and eight counts of third-degree rape. According to court records, the incidents occurred in 2007 in the town of Oneonta and involved a girl younger than 17. Feld was jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail and is due back in court March 14. Also before Burns: ä Jerry M. O'Dell, 25, of Oneonta, pleaded innocent at arraignment to charges of fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. According to court records, the incident occurred Oct. 16 in the town of Oneonta. O'Dell was jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail and is due back in court March 14. ä William Bonsignore, 28, of Davenport, pleaded innocent at arraignment to two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. According to court records, the charges relate to incidents that occurred Oct. 6 in Worcester and Oct. 29 in Otego. Bonsignore is free on $5,000 bail to await further court proceedings. ä Michael R. Lotterman, 24, pleaded innocent at arraignment to two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. According to court records, the charges relate to incidents that occurred Oct. 6 in Worcester and Oct. 29 in Otego. Lotterman was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail to await further court proceedings. ä Mark A. Briley, 19, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree aggravated sexual abuse. According to court records, the incident occurred at the Otsego County jail in Middlefield on Oct. 17, 2006. Briley, who is now a state prison inmate, is scheduled to be sentenced March 14. ä Darby R. Canfield, 17, of Fly Creek, pleaded innocent at arraignment to charges of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny, incidents alleged to have taken place in the town of Hartwick on Nov. 22 and in the town of Otsego on Nov. 30. Canfield was jailed in lieu of $25,000 and is scheduled to return to court March 21. ä William A. Price, of Schoharie, pleaded innocent at arraignment to a charge of second-degree possession of marijuana. According to court records, the incident occurred Sept. 28, 2006 in the town of Roseboom. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date. ä Grace M. Forgit, 33, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to second-degree forgery. According to court records, the incident occurred Aug. 31 in the city of Oneonta. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to court March 14.
