Ticket issued after crash

FRANKLIN _ A Franklin man's pickup truck overturned Monday and landed on its roof, Delaware County deputies said Tuesday.

Daniel Mondore, 22, was traveling northeast on state Route 357 just outside the village of Franklin when he lost control of his vehicle, deputies said in a media release.

Mondore, who had a small cut on his wrist, was ticketed for inadequate tires, deputies said.

The Franklin Fire Department assisted deputies.

Footage of suspects is released

The Otsego County Sheriff's Office has released surveillance footage of two grand-larceny suspects.

The man and woman in the photographs broke into a vehicle parked at Schenevus Central School on Jan. 8 and stole a credit card, sheriff's investigators said Tuesday.

They used the credit card at about 11:30 p.m. that night at the Oneonta Wal-Mart and at gas stations on state Route 23 in Oneonta and in Davenport on Jan. 9, investigators said.

If anyone can identify the man or woman in the photographs, they are asked to call the Otsego County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division at 547-4363 or the sheriff's tip line at 547-1690.

All calls are confidential, deputies said.
