May 09, 2008 04:00 am ONEONTA _ The Fourth Ward Neighborhood Association is hosting a spring cleanup and barbecue for the neighborhood Saturday. The event will be centered on the Center Street School playground from 10 a.m. to noon. Garbage bags and plastic gloves will be provided. Weather permitting, participants are invited to bring something to cook on the grill. Soft drinks will be provided. The Fourth Ward is roughly the area between the southern edge of the State University College at Oneonta campus, Elm Street, Church Street/Central Avenue and Walnut Street.
