Cooperstown, Otsego County Soil And Water Conservation District, $20,000 for a study to determine if there will be a benefit in flood retention to Canadarago lake by dredging the "sand bar" across the mouth of Oaks creek.

Cooperstown, Otsego County Sheriff's Department, $2,500 for purchase of offender watch system, and $5,000 software for offender watch.

Oneonta, NYSARC Inc., Otsego County chapter, $15,000 to purchase computer equipment, including desktops, laptops and servers.

Cooperstown, village of Cooperstown, $7,500 to purchase rafter tiles.

Laurens, Laurens Central School, $15,000 to provide stateˆ'ofˆ'theˆ'art technology for classrooms, including desktop computers, projector, speaker/audio system, smart board and TV card.

Oneonta, city of Oneonta, $15,000 for court improvements consisting of cleaning asphalt, crack filling, crack repair, new asphalt overlay, surface coating and stripling lines.
