May 15, 2008 04:00 am Three Cobleskill residents were arrested Tuesday on felony drug charges. Cobleskill police said the charges were the result of an investigation into the possession and sale of cocaine in the village, according to a media release. Those arrested were: ä Timothy F. Mulholland, 29. He was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said Mulholland sold cocaine on several occasions in the village. A search warrant executed at his home allegedly uncovered unspecified amounts of cocaine and marijuana, along with $200 in cash. He was arraigned in Cobleskill Village Court and sent to Schoharie County jail on $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond. Mulholland is to reappear in court Tuesday. ä Sarah M. Bush, 21. She was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Bush lives with Mulholland, according to police. She was arraigned in village court and sent to Schoharie County jail on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond to await a Tuesdasy court appearance. ä Walter E. Strick III, 21. The State University College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill student was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Strick sold cocaine on several occasions, police said. A search warrant executed at his residence allegedly uncovered more than one-eighth ounce of cocaine, an unspecified amount of marijuana and $1,151 in cash. He was arraigned in village court and sent to Schoharie County jail on $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond. Strick is to reappear Tuesday in village court. The arrests were made as a result of a joint investigation between Cobleskill police and the Schoharie County Sheriff's Office, the release said.
