May 16, 2008 04:00 am GRAND GORGE _ State police at Oneonta were at the scene of a serious accident that occurred on state Route 23 in Grand Gorge at about 10 p.m., troopers said late Thursday night. It involved one car and more than one person, but no further information was available at about 11 p.m.
