July 14, 2008 04:00 am ONEONTA _ A city man was arrested last week by Otsego deputies on felony drug sale charges. Ryan J. Holling, 25, was arrested Thursday on a sealed indictment arrest warrant. He was arraigned the next day in Otsego County court before Judge Brian Burns on two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Holling sold an unspecified amount of cocaine in the town of Oneonta in October 2007 and in the city of Oneonta in April 2008, deputies said in a media release. If convicted, he faces up to nine years in prison on each charge, deputies said. The Oneonta Police Department detective bureau assisted with the investigation.
