Mudge, 41, Roxbury; charges of driving while intoxicated and refusing a breath test were dismissed, according to his attorney, Michael A. Jacobs. Mudge pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct in satisfaction of harassment felony criminal mischief charges, was given a conditional discharge and required to pay $200 in court fees, Jacobs said in a media release Aug. 11. {"Body Text Edit"/}Middletown Town Court ä Gregory Reynolds, 39, Arkville; charges of driving while intoxicated were dismissed Aug. 4.
