August 26, 2008 04:00 am ONEONTA _ Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Ford Avenue and Center Street at 7 p.m. Monday, Oneonta police said. Lauren Berger, 21, of Pound Ridge, was taken by private vehicle to A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital to be checked out, and at 9:15 p.m., a nursing supervisor said Berger was in the emergency department. Air bags deployed inside Berger's car, where Diana Raimondi, 20, was a front-seat passenger, police said. Berger, who was driving on Ford Avenue, was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way to Brooke Novick, 20, of Roslyn Harbor, who was driving a sport utility vehicle, police said. No other injuries were reported, seat belts were worn and the vehicles were towed away, police said.
