Three Grand Gorge men and a 15-year-old boy were charged Monday with burglarizing a seasonal home on Fist-O-Funk Road in Roxbury.

Jason M. Swart, 25, Benjamin H. Dorrance, 20, and Bradley S. Wager, 19, were each charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, misdemeanor counts of fifth-degree arson and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the state police Bureau of Criminal Investigations.

The arson charge stemmed from burning outdoor furniture, officials said in a media release.

Police said a television and DVD player stolen from the home have been recovered.

The men were arraigned in Roxbury Town Court and were released on their own recognizance to reappear Sept. 3.

The 15-year-old was charged as a juvenile for the burglary and arson and was turned over to the Delaware County Probation Department.

Roxbury Town Constable Stephen Williamson assisted with the arrests.
