Aug. 7 ä Nanette Gray, 36, Oneonta, barking dog, one-year conditional discharge. Aug. 11 ä Samuel Capps, 40, Oneonta, disorderly conduct, $150 fine, one year order of protection, restitution, one-year conditional discharge. ä Michael Fronckowiak, 24, Arkville, operating motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, $125 fine, $100 surcharge; failure to obey traffic device, $50 fine.
