GrafiQa Creative Services of Oneonta has been chosen for The Otsego County Chamber/James Jordan Associates, Architects 2nd Annual Breakthrough Award.

The award is given to a business or individual in Otsego County that has shown new innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship and growth potential, according to a media release. It will be presented during the 8th Annual Small Business Banquet on Oct. 11 at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown.

"We are extremely thrilled and honored to be chosen," said owner Chris Quereau. It began five years ago as a one-man operation and today employs six.

The banquet, which will include the award for small business of the year, starts with a reception and cash bar at 6 p.m. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $50 each, and reservations are required.
