November 20, 2008 04:00 am Margaretville Village Treasurer Betty DeSilva and her family fell short of big money on Wednesday's airing of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire," but they didn't walk away empty-handed. In a special family edition of the syndicated daytime game show hosted by Meredith Vieira, DeSilva competed with her daughter Diane DeSilva and granddaughter, Bree Ballard, both of Clifton Park. After negotiating several questions and surpassing the "safe level" of $1,000, the three incorrectly guessed which 1980s television show had the theme song "Without Us." The correct answer was the Michael J. Fox comedy "Family Ties." The three taped their episode in September.
