December 05, 2008 04:00 am A Morris man was arrested Nov. 25 following an investigation into an October incident in Cooperstown, Otsego deputies said on Thursday. Gerard R. Fuchs, 46, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, deputies said. He kicked the pick-up truck of a person who owed him money, causing $250 in damage, deputies said. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear Dec. 15 in Otsego Town Court, deputies said.
