---- — Flood watches were set Tuesday for Otsego, Delaware and Chenango counties, but officials said they had no reports of flooding or related problems by 4:30 p.m.

The watch was to remain in effect until 10 p.m., the National Weather Service in Binghamton said. A flood watch means that there is a potential for flooding of small streams, creeks or poor drainage areas, the NWS said.

Oneonta firefighters were monitoring the Susquehanna River, officials said.

By 5 p.m. in Oneonta, rain had turned to snow flurries.

No problems were reported in Schoharie County, which was under a flood advisory until 6 p.m., a dispatcher said.
