---- — A New Lisbon resident was charged in an endangerment case at Pathfinder Village in Edmeston, Otsego County deputies said.
Kelli L. Dennis, 21, was charged Sept. 4 with second-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, misdemeanors.
Dennis is accused of tying a blanket behind a chair while a resident of Pathfinder Village in the town of Edmeston was seated in the chair with the blanket covering him, deputies said. Dennis was an employee of Pathfinder Village at the time of the July 2 incident, deputies said, and she was to appear in Edmeston Town Court on Sept. 16.
