Week in Review: Pipeline hearing held; county gets Manor petition


In sports: Spencer Hinkley scored with 1 minute, 55 seconds left Tuesday as Roxbury earned a 1-0 boys soccer victory at Davenport for a first-round upset in the Section Four Class D Tournament.
