---- — An Oneonta man has been charged with burglary, a felony, city police said.
Kevin Baker, 23, was charged July 10 with second-degree burglary, criminal tampering and petit larceny after he was found in the kitchen of an apartment at 265 Main St., police said.
He is accused of causing damage to property inside the apartment and stealing a cell phone and video games, police said. Baker was held in the city lockup and later sent to Otsego County jail, pending court appearances.
