Two people were arrested July 17 in connection with a burglary of electronics and jewelry in the town of Middlefield, Otsego deputies said.
Anthony J. Zarrillo, 22, of Barker, was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, deputies said. Dina A. Howells, 22, of Middlefield was charged with fourth-degree criminal facilitation and endangering the welfare of a child.
They were both arraigned in Middlefield Town Court. An Xbox 360 and an iPod have been recovered from the burglary, which allegedly occurred July 15, Sr. Inv. Mike Ten Eyck said.
They were both remanded to Otsego County jail. Zarrillo is being held on $10,000 cash bail. Howells was released July 20 on $5,000 bail.
The two are scheduled to appear in Middlefield Town Court on August 12.
