---- — At the July 11 reorganizational meeting of the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego Board of Cooperative Educational Services Board of Education, Margaret Secrest was unanimously elected president, according to a BOCES media release.
She was recently elected to a new three-year term on the board where she has served since 2001.
In 1985, she began serving on the Afton Central School Board of Education. She has served as president of that board since 1995.
