---- — The city of Oneonta will have an Arbor Day Ceremony at 10 a.m. Friday.
A tree will be planted in memory of Frank Stevens, a 30-year resident of the city and a longtime member of the Environmental Board. Stevens was a master gardener and helped with the planting of more than 200 trees throughout the city, a media release from the city said.
The ceremony and planting will be in the lower level of Wilber Park, near the lower tennis courts.
