---- — Two Schoharie County residents have been arrested on felony drug charges, state police at Cobleskill said.
Joseph M. Cooper, 25, of Central Bridge, was charged April 20 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, narcotics with intent to sell, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, narcotics, both felonies, troopers said. He also was charged with making a false written statement, a misdemeanor, troopers said, and he was held.
Robin Harpp, 27, of Cobleskill was charged April 24 with third-degree criminal sale of a control substance, narcotics, troopers said, and she was released on a ticket to appear in court at a later date.
