Upon investigation and a traffic stop, police arrested Jahari Dejaun Brown, 29, and Davon Sanders, 22, on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class B felony. They were in possession of 25 bags of heroin with a street value of $500, police said.
