---- — One month after her disappearance, Jennifer Ramsaran’s case remains active on the books of the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.

Local law enforcement officials said they are still seeking information about Ramsaran’s possible whereabouts, but revealed no new information about the case, in a Friday media release.

Ramsaran, 36, of Sheff Road in New Berlin, was last seen by family members on the morning of Dec. 11 at her home. Family members told investigators that she may have been headed to Destiny USA in Syracuse to shop.

Ramsaran’s husband, Ganesh, a project manager for IBM, reported her missing on the night of Dec. 11 to the Town of New Berlin Police Department. Her cell phone was found on Dec. 12 near the intersection of state Route 23 and Moon Hill Road in the town of Plymouth. On Dec. 16, the couple’s 2007 Chrysler Town and Country minivan was found on Plymouth Street in the city of Norwich.

The sheriff’s office asks anyone with information to call 337-1924. All calls will be kept confidential.
