Delaware County Court

Cases heard recently in Delaware County Court include:

Jan. 30

• Shaun Provost, 25, of Walton, was arraigned on a violation of probation and jailed without bail pending further court action. He was originally sentenced Jan. 7 after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary.

Jan. 29

• Amanda Losurdo, 38, of Walton, pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated. She was sentenced to five years of probation, drug court, three years of ignition interlock and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

Jan 28

• Timothy Wren, 52, of Colchester, was sentenced to one to three years in prison on each of two counts he pled guilty to Dec. 10. They were third-degree grand larceny and committing a fraudulent practice, both felonies. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $23,850.

• Wade Macumber, 20, of Sidney, was sentenced to five years of probation, drug court and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. He pleaded guilty Nov. 28 to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

• Steven Oddo, 45, of Fishs Eddy, was sentenced to five years of  probation, an order of protection and ordered to pay restitution of $431.55. He pleaded guilty in December to third-degree robbery.

Jan. 24

• Samantha Jo Sons, 24, of Bainbridge, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to a treatment facility and sentencing was scheduled for March 25.

• Kimberly Pashley, 29, of Walton, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was released to a treatment facility and sentencing was scheduled for March 25.

Jan. 22

• Dominic Tardo, 20, no address given, was arraigned on third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief, class A misdemeanors. He was sent to Delaware county jail on $5,000 cash bail.

• Nicole Luna, 28, of Sidney, was sentenced to five years of probation, restitution to be determined and orders of protection. She pleaded guilty Dec. 4 to third-degree burglary.

• Edwin Walrod III, 23, of Bainbridge, was sentenced to five years of probation. He pleaded guilty Dec. 6 to second-degree attempted assault.

• Matthew Santiago, 24, no address given, was sentenced to 3½ years in prison, three years of post-release supervision and suspension of driver’s license. He pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
