State police at Cobleskill arrested five males on burglary and other charges.
Taylor J. Carpenter, 15, of Sharon Springs, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor, troopers said in a media report.
Four other males, three from Sharon Springs and one from Carlisle, ages 12, 13, 14 and 15, were charged with burglary and petit larceny, troopers said, and the 14-year-old also was charged with obstruction of governmental administration. Troopers withheld the names of the younger defendants, all of whom were issued appearance tickets.
The arrests follow a report to troopers at about 9 a.m. Tuesday about an incident in Sharon.
