Tournament MVP Chelsea Haight scored twice as host Davenport earned a 2-1 girls soccer victory over South Kortright in the championship of the Chic Walshe Tournament on Saturday.
Haight, who scored in each half, has 25 goals and eight assists this season.
"It was a good game _ back-and-forth," said Davenport coach Ray Preston, whose team improved to 15-0. "We missed a couple of 1-on-1s."
The Wildcats had a 22-13 advantage in shots. Cassie McMullen made 19 saves for the Rams and Katie Goss had 11 for Davenport. Tullulah Guadagnino scored for SK with 2:37 to play.

Clark scored on a 25-yard shot from the right side with 5:47 left. She also made four saves for the Wolverines (3-11).

VanAlstine's goal with 27:56 left broke the 1-1 tie. Hanlon's goal eight minutes later gave the Patriots a 3-1 lead. Lindsey Cairo made 13 saves for CV-S (11-0, 8-0), which is at Milford today.
